Why I focus on combat gyms
Hey, I'm Prabh.
When I was a kid, I got bullied a lot. Boxing and wrestling were the first things that gave me solid ground to stand on. Muay Thai came later and made that foundation even stronger. I've been watching martial arts and the UFC since I was 11.
So in November 2024, after an eight-week camp, I finally stepped into the ring for my first fight. It was a charity boxing match raising support for kids fighting cancer.
The physical part was easy. The mental part was not.
The day before the fight, right after weigh-ins, I sprained my rear left deltoid. I lost about 80% of the control and speed in my jab. I stretched it. I massaged it. It still wasn't right, and I was sure I was going to lose.
About 45 seconds into round one, my left arm gave out. All I could hear was my coach yelling, "Keep your hands up!" He had no idea why they kept dropping. So I adapted and fought southpaw for most of the fight.
I won by unanimous decision. Honestly, stepping in meant more to me than the result.
November 2024. My first fight, for a childhood cancer charity.

How much work is this for me?
Not much. You send us your schedule, common questions and answers, pictures & videos and account access necessary for complete setup. We build it, test it, and launch it. Then we show you the member journey to expect.
How fast does it go live?
Within 10 business days or less after your onboarding is complete and we have access. If we miss that, your first month's fee is refunded, and we still finish the install.
I already have a website and a CRM. Do I have to switch?
Yes, we must get you set up in our systems to ensure the greatest experience possible, it saves you money and makes your gym operations extremely efficient. If you do not like change, do not fill out the form.
Is this AI? Will it feel robotic to my students?
AI and automation have gotten very advanced as of late. They can handle the speed: the voice receptionist, instant replies, and follow-ups. They use the answers and booking rules you approve, and pass anything tricky to your team. We do quality checks before official launch.
The real relationships stay with you and your coaches.
Is there a contract?
BrownBelt is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel before your next renewal by following the notice steps in your service terms.
FightFlow uses a signed agreement, and it's month-to-month too.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds cover two situations. If you don't finish onboarding within 7 days, we cancel and refund the service fee you paid. If we don't finish your install within 10 business days of completed onboarding, your first month's fee is refunded.
We don't give refunds for a change of mind or for results, because how your members experience your classes are in your hands.
Are there any other costs?
Yes, usage. Texts, emails, calls, and AI usage are billed separately and aren't refundable once used. With FightFlow, ad spend is also separate and paid by you. Overall, it ultimately depends on the volume your gym gets but we never got any complaints for usage fees.
Do you guarantee new members?
No. Nobody can honestly promise that. What we stand behind is the install: live within 10 business days of completed onboarding, or your first month is refunded. We ensure your systems are dialed in as much as possible to get you the highest quality leads but your team still runs the trial and signs the member.
