The terms, in plain words
- You can leave any time. Cancel before your next renewal by following the notice steps in your service terms.
- Two refund situations. If you don't finish onboarding within 7 days, we cancel and refund your service fee. If we don't launch within 10 business days of completed onboarding, your first month is refunded.
- No results refunds. We don't refund for a change of mind or for how many members you sign. That part is your offer, your team, and your classes.
- Usage is separate. Texts, emails, calls, and AI usage aren't refundable once used.

Why I focus on combat gyms
Hey, I'm Prabh.
When I was a kid, I got bullied a lot. Boxing and wrestling were the first things that gave me solid ground to stand on. Muay Thai came later and made that foundation even stronger. I've been watching martial arts and the UFC since I was 11.
So in November 2024, after an eight-week camp, I finally stepped into the ring for my first fight. It was a charity boxing match raising support for kids fighting cancer.
The physical part was easy. The mental part was not.
The day before the fight, right after weigh-ins, I sprained my rear left deltoid. I lost about 80% of the control and speed in my jab. I stretched it. I massaged it. It still wasn't right, and I was sure I was going to lose.
About 45 seconds into round one, my left arm gave out. All I could hear was my coach yelling, "Keep your hands up!" He had no idea why they kept dropping. So I adapted and fought southpaw for most of the fight.
I won by unanimous decision. Honestly, stepping in meant more to me than the result.

How fast does it go live?
10 business days or less after your onboarding is complete and we have access. If we miss that, your first month's fee is refunded and we still finish the build.
Can I cancel?
Yes. BrownBelt is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel before your next renewal using the notice steps in your service terms.
What about refunds?
Two situations are covered. If you don't finish onboarding within 7 days, we cancel and refund the service fee you paid. If we don't launch within 10 business days of completed onboarding, your first month's fee is refunded.
We don't refund for a change of mind or for results. Your offer, your team, and your classes decide those.
Are there costs on top of the $147?
Yes, usage. Texts, emails, calls, and AI usage are billed separately and aren't refundable once used. We'll walk you through what to expect before you start. Do not worry, it is still inexpensive, we cannot give an exact cost as each gym has lead flow.
Do you guarantee new members?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. We guarantee the install: live within 10 business days of completed onboarding, or your first month is refunded.
Your team still runs the trial and signs the member. That part we don't touch. We do as much as we can to ensure the online relationship is strong before they meet your team.
What if I try it and nothing changes?
Then we look at where it's stuck. Usually it's the offer, the trial experience, or how many people are reaching out in the first place, and we'll say so plainly.
You're month-to-month either way, so you're never locked into something that isn't working. If you expect a mass amount of leads from this system then we failed in our expectations, this is the foundational process of getting you stronger quality leads organically. However, even with FightFlow BlackBelt lead flow varies. We will never give you an exact amount of leads per month.
What happens right after I fill out the form?
